How Much Does the Agate of The Month Subscription Cost?
$20/Month + Tax
When will I be billed?
You will be billed monthly on the 1st of each month.
How many Agates will I receive?
1 Small to Medium Sized Agate (1oz.-4oz Agate)
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you would like to cancel your subscription please login into your account by Clicking Here and then click the “My Subscription” tab at the top of the page to edit your subscription settings.
Are refunds available?
There are NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES OF SUBSCRIPTION AGATES.
Do We Ship Internationally?
No. Subscriptions are Available to Customers in the Continental U.S. ONLY.
How Much is Shipping for Agate Subscriptions?
Shipping is included for FREE within the Continental U.S. with all Agate subscriptions. We do not currently offer shipping or Agate subscriptions for international customers.
When do I get my first Agates?
We typically ship your first Agate within 7 business days from your order date.
When will I get my Subscription Agates?
We typically ship subscription Agates within 7 business days from renewal (*1st of each month)
What if my package is lost?
We guarantee confirmed delivery to your mailbox! All orders come with tracking! Tracking information will be sent once your package has shipped to the email on file. Lost in-transit orders will be replaced! Covered until confirmation of delivery. Not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered.
When will I be billed for my first month? When does my subscription renew?
Subscription renewal occurs on the 1st of each month and We typically ship subscription agates within the first 7 business days of the month.
For example, if you signed up on the 20th of January you will pay nothing to sign up and your first subscription renewal will be processed on the 1st of February. The next renewal will then be processed on the 1st of March, then the 1st of April, and so on.
