If you have not purchased with us before, it’s easy to participate! Read below for more information on live sale guidelines, rules, & troubleshooting. Then, send a private message with your payment & shipping information to register for the live shows!

Each Lot will have a Lot Number, Price & Weight.

If you want to buy a lot simply comment the lot number during the Live show. The first comment I receive wins that specific lot!

“Game On”

What is “Game On”? If you miss out on winning a lot you can use “Game On” when it’s available! You simply comment the lot number and an increment of $5! So 10/$20 if Lot #10 Sold for $15. You must say start Game On before I finish with the next lot #. When you are done bidding you just simply say out!

Live Sale Payments & Shipping

Live Sale Payment Methods:

Payments can be made via PayPal, Venmo, Facebook Pay, Credit/Debit Card, Check, or Money order.

Live Sale Totals & Payment Requests:

Totals and payment requests will be sent out within 48 hours of the end of the show. Please pay within 24 hours of payment request. Unpaid invoices and no responses will result in banning from the page and subsequent Lake Superior Agate pages and groups.

Up-To-Date Shipping Information

Please make sure the shipping address is up to date in your Paypal or our systems! We are not responsible for the loss of packages sent to old addresses!

Live Sale Troubleshooting

Live Show Lag:

Make sure to use the best internet connection possible. Hardwired Desktop and Laptop computers can be best to combat lag but try all devices. If using a device over a WiFi connection be as close to your Wi-Fi as possible. Have all other apps closed and only go directly to The Agate Dude Live Stream.

Live Show Connection Issues:

If you are having difficulty commenting or comments are not being seen please reach out to The Agate Dude inbox. Simply by sending a private message! I will do my best to help with the issue. Issues will have to be addressed after the show has concluded.
